Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires disclosure of athletic program participation rates and financial support data, demonstrating the school’s commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for men and women students.  An updated EADA Report will be posted by October 15 each year and is available at  https://ope.ed.gov/athletics/#/.  The EADA report is also available by request to students and the general public.  For more information or to receive a copy of the report, contact the NMSU Athletic Department at PO Box 30001, MSC 3FAC, Las Cruces, NM  88003 or Telephone : (575) 646-7837.

Graduation and Retention Rates for Student Athletes

This disclosure provides information on the completion or graduation rate on student-athletes who received athletic aid and compares them to all undergraduate students who were enrolled in a full-time degree program at the same time.
